A place for parents, relatives and caregivers of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders to communicate in an open environment.  This is to be a welcoming place for all ASA Philly families to have conversations, to ask questions, to share in a virtual support group. It is meant to be a place that is safe and comfortable for individuals to share their thoughts, concerns, opinions, needs, wants, desires for their loved ones with autism. This is an not a moderated environment.

  • FamiliesOfAdultsAutism-ASAphilly

A place restricted to families of Adolescents, age 17+ and Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who reside in Southeast Pennsylvania - Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery & Philadelphia counties.  This is an environment to learn about the needs of adults in the whole spectrum of Autism, including Autism/Mental Retardation (MR), Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Nos (PDD-Nos), Asperger (AS) and other related neurological disorders.  Its purpose is to share information and provide support for families who are concerned about the daily needs and future of adults with ASD in Pennsylvania.

ALL members of this group shall work together as an unity.  We can learn much from other, by learning about the diversity of needs and strengths of adults with ASD.  This is a moderated environment.
